Automatic Carton Erecting Machine

The carton erecting machine is highly efficient. It can be customized to do different size and shaped boxes through changing mold. (hamburger box, fried chips box, paper tray, noodle box, lunch box and other food container) It use fours servo motors to make the machine adjustment more easily.

    This is feeding paper servo motor, the adjustment is easy, just need set it on the touch screen according to the paper length.

    It is normal standard Gluing motor, when the machine is stopped, the small motor drives the roller, so the glue will not fall down due to gravity

    This is Paper down deceleration Servo motor. When the machine is driven at a high speed of 200, this servo motor will drive the deceleration belt on the mold to prevent the edge of the paper from hitting the brace and damaging the paper.

    This is Main Host Servo motor, it controls pushing paper and gluing, it can save the time when changing the mold, no need adjusts the swing arm route, just set it on the touch screen.
