Bag Forming Process

 

 

 

Unwind Shaft

Comes with 76mm airshaft for easy locking of the paper roll.

Autolift – Paper roll

User friendly hydraulic paper roll lift comes as standard with the equipment.

Tension control:

The automatic tension control system with an advanced sensor based magnetic powder brake works with all the sensitive stock range at high speeds.

Paper roll alignment:

Comes with a servo driven web alignment for precise web feeding. Side correction is done by a precision sensor which is effective to work with different paper stock. The hydraulic roll lift also provides hazzle free roll change with very minimum efforts.

Side Gluing:

Side gluing of the web is done using an automated nozzle system with glue scraper to widen the area of contact for better sealing and also comes with an independent glue pumping system with a separate tank.

BagTube forming:

Comes with an specially engineered tube former and it is very easy adjust with different bag width sizes. The new generation tube former is designed to work with shorter run length too by reducing the change over time.

High Precision Color Mark sensing

The precison finishing operations like tube cutting, bottom forming etc, is controlled by a system using a sensor,made by Germany, brand SICK, enables enhanced precision and reliability.

Infeed Nip rollers:

The infeed nip rollers for the paper tube are controlled by a high precision Servo from Yasakawa which is reliable and stable.

High precision Bag tube Cutting

An advanced precision rotary cutting knife driven by Servo motors ensures high-speed cutting of the bag tube even with thin paper. The Servo system is from Yaskawa Japan.

Bag Bottom Pressing unit and conveying

Comes with a very effective Bag bottom pressing unit along with pressing conveying system for flat bag output even at high speeds and large bag sizes.

Gluing Box & Automatic Lubrication System:

Independent glue tank and circulation system is standard with equipment which enable the user for easy cleaning of the system. The equipment comes with an auto lubrication system

The glue-holding bracket simplifies operation by allowing easy glue application without the need to halt the machine for cleaning glue tank

Bag Delivery Station

Machine equipped with a practical Bag delivery station with batch counting which will work effectively with different sizes.

Auto Bag Handle making and Fixing unit

The Bag handle forming station produces glued handles at high speeds to enhance the productivity and wastage. The Servo driven handle fixing unit is precise with operations like precut, locate and fixing it on the web accurately. Due to the stable and reliable gluing of handle patch along with the rope, ensuring fail safe handles which is 100% reliable.
